2, We have risk assessed our apartment to ensure we’re ahead of hygiene and infection control protocol
3. Our cleaning team have designed a check sheet specifically for this apartment so that the highest standards can be easily met
4. We have provided a full set of cleaning products, disposable gloves and hand sanitizer so that you can feel secure during your stay.
5. Our concierge team will avoid entering the apartment during your stay if possible. This means that only essential repairs will be made during a guests’ stay.
How you can help.
1. For your safety, we would recommend removing shoes and washing your hands on entry throughout your stay.
2. We will supply laundry bags for you to bag up your sheets and linens before you leave. This will help protect our cleaning team
3. To protect us all, we ask that you report any Covid-19 symptoms to our concierge team straightaway.
