In the laundry room you will find a washer and a dryer, iron and ironing board. Storage area (11m2) for bikes, suitcases, beach gear, etc. Large hall entrance. Swimming pool (for adults and for children) - Only open during Summer period. Leisure recreation and play area for children. Security guard 24 hours a day. Car parking spaces off premises. Linen and towels are provided by the property. Crib and high chair available upon request and availability. IMPORTANT INFORMATION - Check-in from 15 p.m. - Check-out before 11 a.m. - The apartment is a non-smoking apartment. - Parties in the apartment are not allowed. - Additional charges: Barcelona city tax 5.50 € per person per night (max 7 nights) Late check-in fee of 30€ after 21h and 60€ after midnight. - A 500€ security deposit will be charged at the check in, as a guarantee, and refunded at check-out - The guest agrees to respect the residents of neighbouring apartments and to avoid causing excessive noise at any point of the day. If the above conditions are not fulfill it may result in an immediate eviction from the apartment. - If there is any kind of infraction related to noise after the 10 PM it could result in, not only, an intervention from Roomonitor, but also in a penalty of 500€.
