Vier Luxury House is located in Serres in one of the nicest and quietest neighborhoods of the city, just a few minutes' walk from the center. On the first floor is the living room with the dining room, the 55'' Smart TV, the large fireplace and the corner sofa which doubles as a bed and can sleep 2 people. On the first floor you will also find a bathroom, WC, and the large kitchen with dining area, which is fully equipped. On the second floor there are 3 rooms and two bathrooms. Room 1 has its own bathroom with shower, ALL rooms have super double beds and 40'' flat screen TVs. The central bathroom is fully equipped and has a hydromassage-jacuzzi unit (extra charge). Going up we are in the attic where there are 2 beds, one single and one semi-double. The 1st and 2nd floors as well as the attic have one air conditioning unit each. MINIMUM RESERVATIONS OF 2 DAYS. The bedrooms of the house have a capacity of 2 people and will be open depending on the number of guests, the rest will be locked. Guests use the bedrooms according to their booking details.
