Floor to ceiling windows provide both city and lake views, which you can enjoy from the sofa and armchairs. The sofa can also be converted into a large single bed, perfect for one person. The Scandi style 2 metre plus table is designed for meals or spreading out to work, and there is also an extended breakfast bar and stools for casual dining. The 65 inch 4k Smart TV runs on android OS for easy streaming of Apps such as Netflix, Amazon Prime, Starzplay, Disney+, Spotify and Youtube, and the Sony 120W sound bar gives enhanced TV audio, with bluetooth connectivity so you can stream music directly from your devices. Outside on the small balcony are chairs and tables, to enjoy a morning coffee or evening sundowner. Smokers can use this balcony as smoking is not permitted inside the apartment. The spacious bedroom has a kingsize bed with luxury bedding, and elegantly practical bedside lamps for reading. Blackout curtains ensure you get a good night's sleep. There is a large double wardrobe, chest of drawers for further storage, and a desk with lamp. The ensuite bathroom has a walk in rain shower, and there is also a separate washroom with sink and toilet off the living room. The kitchen is well equipped with stainless steel saucepans and frying pans, cutlery and all cooking utensils, as well as a full oven, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher (tablets provided), kettle, toaster, fridge/freezer, blender and bean to cup coffee machine. Some coffee beans and a selection of teabags, as well as sugar, salt and pepper are provided. In the utility room you'll find a brand new washing machine (washing detergent and softener provided), drying rack, iron and ironing board, first aid kit and other safety items and cleaning tools.
