Historic Residence Acqui Terme - Short Rentals This apartment is the ideal solution for a couple who wishes to stay in a historic building with all the comforts of the centre. The accommodation is located in the pedestrian area, a few minutes from the Cathedral of Acqui Terme and the Bollente, you will have everything at your fingertips and you can move freely on foot. Tourist taxes are included in the price and a discount is available for stays of at least seven days. We do not accept immediate bookings, we reserve the right to evaluate the offers we receive. To proceed, you are required to deliver a copy of a valid identification document for each guest and to sign a contract for short-term tourist rentals which will be sent to you via email or whatsapp so that you can view it before signing. Space The apartment has a living area with a kitchen equipped with a hob and mini fridge, a double bedroom and a mezzanine. Air conditioning available in bedroom only. You will be able to create a workstation if you need it. The equipment is completed by a small balcony overlooking a small Roman theater which hosts musical concerts and film screenings in spring, summer and autumn. Access for guests The pedestrian entrance to the building is from both Piazzetta dei Dottori and Via Capra. Access to the apartment is directly from the garage where you can park a motorbike or small city car (such as Smart, Toyota Aygo, Fiat Panda) if you wish. The driveway entrance is from Piazzetta dei Dottori. Other things to remember Inside the apartment upon your arrival you will find a welcome bottle and some snacks to start your stay with a toast. You will also find the house rules with the password for the wifi and instructions for recycling, the espresso machine with plenty of pods and bottles of water both in the fridge and outside the fridge.
