Ferries to remote beaches and islands like Comino and Gozo leaves from the Bugibba Jetty (just 300 meters away from the flat).<br><br>The flat is also close to the best sandy beaches like Mellieha Bay, Paradise Bay, Golden Sands, Gnejna Bay (15 minutes by bus). In winter long walks and picnics in the countryside and along the sea are a must. In summer one can enjoy the sun at the beach in many ways from the most relaxing to the most adventurous ways. In the evening a walk on the promenade or a local village feast is a must. To get to the private roof you need to walk up an authentic Maltese spiral staircase which is locally called \"Garigor.\" The private roof (solely for your use) has two chairs, table and an umbrella parasol which make it an ideal setting to enjoy a relaxing romantic evening whilst enjoying panoramic view of the area. There are also outdoor lights so you can enjoy the warm evenings.
Gracing the walls is a collection of original paintings and limited edition prints by Maltese and international artists capturing local scenes. There is also a collection of traditional Maltese tiles hanging on one of the walls.

HPE/0675) and the required sales tax and eco tax are paid to the relevant authorities.
